Introducing myself and my journal: Domestic Workers Asia

About Me:
I'm a union organizer of domestic workers. Now I'm the regional coordinator for IDWF - International Domestic Workers Federation, aims at gaining rights for domestic workers through building collective strength and organizing.

I started to be an organizer for domestic workers since 1999. I was a founder organizer in 2001 for the first union of local Chinese domestic workers (mostly part-timers with multiple employers), named Hong Kong Domestic Workers General Union, and in 2010 for the first union federation of local and migrant domestic workers with different nationalities - the Hong Kong Federation of Asian Domestic Workers (FADWU).

I'm happy to get connected in World Pulse with all people who want to make a social reform for equality and rights for women. Thank you.
