Digital Woman

Story
It all starts when I decide in third grade at high school, to do a second scientist after getting my patent. People around me have begun to discourage me. They told me that science is for men and that I will not succeed.
I decided to use these words as my source of motivation. I told myself, I would be the woman who will succeed where only men are used to succeed.
That's how I got my bachelor's degree at the age of 17 without failing once, being the first girl in my village. This information was well received, I had then managed to show that a woman can do everything, it is enough that she puts herself really at work.
Today, I am passionate by digital technologies. I am happy to see that like me, many others women are also interested.
Seeing more women grouped together to solve their difficulties via technology is my main goal.
In Africa, we still have a lot to do to end gender discrimination is a long process already started.
I'm having so much trouble in my community because I do not have enough computers to teach as I would like. Software being paid, we cannot acquire for several computers. But I remain strong in my challenge. My entourage nicknamed me #Digital Woman# and I am very happy. Because it proves that my work impacts my environment.
