Up and Running

Hi everyone!

First, Shannon and I want to thank you all for continuing to leave such lovely comments that inspire us and motivate us to keep trying to change our half of the sky. This summer has not started out how we hoped it would, but with your support, we are back on track! We have taken to heart your suggestions posted in previous journal entries and have created our own YouTube channel to educate people and raise awareness about humanitarian issues and hopefully inspire others. Although, we have only just begun our \"vlogging\", we hope to continue to make videos regarding prevalent issues in our society and around the world. We appreciate your comments and want to hear more, so please continue sharing your thoughts and we would love to hear more suggestions on how to improve the videos, as it was our first time. For those of you who follow Hank and John Green, we have decided to use their video style that allows Shannon and I to speak our own opinion on issues, while making videos collectively once a month where we sit down and talk about issues together. You can watch our first video this Friday, August 8, 2014 and please subscribe, so we can continue our mission of social equality and effect change.
