    Welcome to PulseWire

We are thrilled to have you as a new member in our thriving community of women who are lifting their voices in the name of empowerment and connecting across borders to make positive change for women everywhere!

It's exciting to have a new member from Sri Lanka, a country that we hear about in the media but many of us have little connection to otherwise. I am especially interested to hear more about FORWODD and the work that you do.

I encourage you to use your journal as a place to introduce your organization to the PulseWire community and share more information about the work that you do. Think of your journal as a blog, where you can speak your mind and reach an audience of over 3000 women and supporters of women's initiatives. I think that you will find PulseWire to be an exciting place to garner support, make connections and share your story!

Have you met Manori? She is a journalist from Sri Lanka who you might like to connect with.

I look forward to hearing more of your voice here on PulseWire!

    Warm regards, Jade

    Dear Friends for Change!!!

Early 2010, FORWODD will launch its campaigne with our 2010 theme " W for Democracy"

The campaigne will host special discussion forums and trainings for women groups on democracy and its active practice in the community, striving to gather nearly 1000 members to the forum by mid 2010.

FORWODD is also reaching out for its 2010 fund raising campaigne... and look forward the support of the community at Pulsewire.

The co theme for 2010 as discussed at the FORWODD council is " Operation Girl child" a project to support primary and secondary education mixed up with creative art for 500 girl children who come from extreme isolated and vulnerable pockets in the District of Trincomalee

We look forward for all the support from many more of our Friends who wanted top change the lives of many Girls and women who are suffering in many parts of the south.

    Hi Forwodd,

I would like to invite you to participate in a new writing opportunity to be published in World Pulse Magazine. We are asking women around the world to tell us what Land means to them.
