About Me

I am a textile artist and illustrator, creator of Musgoamigos: www.losmusgoamigos.blogspot.com a textile design line that focus on research into new crafts. Musgoamigos is a design line of accessories, toys and pieces of art, made from recicled fabrics that also works as a “creative laboratory” developing educational workshops and courses focused on handcraft and reutilization of materials. In Musgoamigo´s workshops students work embroidering and sewing, making up dolls or patchwork as we learned from our grandmothers or mothers from a new perspective. The main objective of the workshops is to transmit to students concepts that renew the artisan tradition by encouraging them to make their personal contribution from their own creativity.

Since 2005 I started teaching seniors, initially as a teacher of art and illustration and currently expanding my ideas into educational projects that allow the integration of the elderly into the community.

My Vision

I love teaching seniors, I have seen their learning abilities and how getting new knowledges improves their quality of life.

Needs

It would be very useful to have information about NGOs and foundations that work with adult education.

Abilities

I´m very good at teaching and developing educational programs. Also a good artist that can support others ideas with beautiful illustrations
