An advocate for peace, Gender and development and conflict prevention and a Master student in conflict analysis and peace-building . A seasoned teacher for the past 15 years who has been able to grasp space to connect with NGOs for peace-building and advocating for the protection of rights of women and girls in the communities and schools. Currently a roving trainer volunteering across different Filipino islands including Mindanao, an area with an active insurgency. I develop and deliver training materials on conflict prevention, gender and development (GAD), liase with local government agencies to develop educational programing for the department of education and develop community-based learning programs designed to build conflict management skills. I also Participate in speaking engagements on the topics of conflict prevention, peace-building and gender, act as a mediator to support the resolution of workplace conflicts and investigate and addressed stakeholder concerns.
