Introducing myself and my journal: The Awakening

About Me:
Obiageri (me) stands in the middle of a scale that has reserved on one end of the scale and outgoing at the other end. The scale, however, tilts more to the reserved, shy like people will note. Grew up in an environment where women are taught not to be seen or heard, it is quiet easy to understand why I am the way I am: almost always scared to undertake any challenge that entails my being seen or head. Also having grown up in an environment where same sex 'association' is encouraged and preferred its still not surprising to know I have a not a lot of friends but the ones I do have are more female in number. With the new job I have as a news reporter in one of the the print medium in Nigeria, located in the capital territory, it is therefore necessary for me to not just be seen but to also be heard (So help me God). So I look atme now as being............ awake to ................ I'm stuck.

My Passions:
Reading, writing, drawing

My Challenges:
Being outgoing, frequent access to the internet, not having access to information which is a big problem in Nigeria.

My Vision for the Future:
Being a Christain, my vision for the future is that of every believer of the Gospel of Christ. No offence intended.
