My biggest challenge is to not overdo, so when i start feeling tired i have to listen to my body and lie down. Otherwise I pay for it the next day, some days i have to stay in bed to recoop my energy. I pay forward, so that while resting i think about what i can do the following day.

You are correct self-care is pivotal for many of us if not all of us as we work in the area of equality for women, educational advancement, health care, abuse prevention and so many other issues. At times we can forget about ourselves and overdo and it is key to remember that if we are to help others we must help and preserve ourselves.
