    Dear Gitajayakumar,

Welcome to World Pulse! It's great to have you here and to learn something about the work that you're doing.

It's wonderful that you're devoting your life to seeking the vitality and wellness of yourself and others. We have to take good care of ourselves to be able to benefit humanity (like the analogy of the person on an airplane who must put their own oxygen mask on before assisting others)!

I know you'll find this to be an inspiring and informative platform to connect to women and men around the world who are as committed and passionate about wellness as you are, as well as about other issues that matter most to you. I encourage you to start networking right away. It's helpful to read this "Getting Started" guide first:

Please feel free to contribute to your online journal and offer comments to others' posts as well. This is your community and we welcome your unique and valuable voice! I look forward to reading more from you in the days to come.

    With love, Susan
