About Me:
My name is GLARA IBRAHIM QADER , 24 years old. Kurdish Nationality, but so many people tells me am not a very typical kurdish girl, graduated from Law School- ISHIK UNIVERSITY –ERBIL / KURDISTAN – IRAQ. Irving in Kurdistan of Iraq – Erbil, I am glad to find this community online to share and get different ideas and thoughts while I can be me and feel comfort to share more about my thoughts , writings and dreams. Since I knew my self and discovered this unfair world for women to live in I am fighting even with my thoughts for women’s right and abilities. In my world I see violence, suffering, dishonor, cruelty and force against women . which made me think and read more about how empowering women will makes a great changes in this Man World. I believe that if women become the leaders our world will be better. In my Community people say “ women won’t be good leaders because they are emotional!” I may be an imaginer or not so realistic sometimes, but what I do believe in is that women can lead better because of that point, they are EMOTIONAL , emotions and intuitions are always showing as the right path. Far away from all the different religions all around the world we know that God made all of us. And he made each one of us feel. Thus you feel good when you are doing good and you feel bad when you are doing bad. That’s why women can lead better. In this world we need love, to live in peace, we need peace to live in this world together. If women can do that inside a family, I believe she can do better leading in work places, organizations, sects, groups, etc. Glara Jaff
