About Me: I love trying new things. I love to help and feel that my life is of service. I love the deeper parts of life. I love making life a deep experience. I am married to a wonderful husband have two sweet kitties. I work at a non-profit serving low-income people living with chronic illness, such as HIV/AIDS and Cancer. I love nature... and am grateful to be alive.

My Passions: Walking in nature. Listening to moving music. Spiritual development.

My Challenges: Remembering to "Be In The Moment". To want to do so much, and not having enough time in a day.

Oh, that is a beautiful thought! We all get so busy and have such a lot to do each day that we can easily overlook this and be the lesser for it. It is great to be reminded of that something we feel is missing at some points in our lives and realize it is this!
