Seeking student fund raising or loan

My name is Hatem Morsy, I am an international student from Egypt, Graduated from Cairo University, Faculty of Commerce (2007) and I have my enrolled paperwork to study in the International Holistic Institute in Los Anglos,California, USA. (the starting date of the course in 17 July 2014 and the course duration 8 months only)

So I need to ask about the availability to have fund raising or loan for my study?

Note: I am willing to be under all the terms and conditions of the organization and I never have any funds before.

The amount need for the tuition fees,living cost and flight almost 30,000 USD
