Accident or Hate Crime - If girls count as equals, how to move on?

"I have been fighting since birth just to be counted for the most basic things liek birth certificate, passport, legal identity. Things others take for granted. How did it get like this? I don't want any other innocent child to go through this - the inaction is deafening."
I have come to realize that "girl child" rights are different than "women's rights" especially when the perpetrators are women. For example, female foeticide done by mothers and grandmothers or mother-in-law harassing daughter-in-law for dowry or infertile woman attacking a biological parent to take their child away or sisters being forced by mothers and grandmothers to sacrifice for their brothers. Is there an "International girl child day"? Please sign the petition and show us your support if you agree that ALL children are equal.
In this case, there is something for everyone and is there room to at least express freely both sides of the coin OR will the weak be silenced? Regardless of how anyone slices or dices, the fact and status quo is there is a DELETED girl child who has been exploited, abused, silenced. Should the exploitation and torture continue or is it time to #BeBoldForChange? Do we Unite to Solve or continue to Delete and Divide? Are "girl child" rights and issues same as women's rights and issues? I am an international girl child who has been exploited, abused, torture, forced into statelessness and on International Women's day, I am still waiting for my truth, freedom and due process. We don't know if this is a liberal agenda or a conservative agenda or a "rule of law" agenda or "best interest of children" agenda because the results (status quo) contradict that. Hypocrisy, bullying, criminals who lie, fraud to abuse children is what status quo fits and we are hopeful the authorities can treat everyone as EQUALS and not let privilege buy justice where one individual is ABOVE the laws while children have to pay for it with their life.
We don't know which side you are on and regardless of which side you pick, you will find contradicting yourself because whatever is applicable to one child is equally applicable on other as laws are EQUAL for ALL and this unique case, we are siblings born the same way but the laws have been manipulated to divide us while we have been forced to deal with exploitation, abuse, torture much like millions of innocent childhood stateless survivors.
There are two children, two individuals, born the same way during the same marriage and deserve to be treated equally even in their inequality unprotected as a minority within a minority. There are several different ways to solve a problem, we choose to state truth with peace as followers in the teachings of Susan Anthony, Bhagat Singh Thind, Gandhiji, Rosa Parks, Dr. King, Madiba. Your choice, You Decide.
I was born via IVF/Surrogacy in 2009 in India to two Indian immigrant adults living in the US for 20+ years. One adult from US showed up while the other didn't. Given the current state of laws, this rendered me stateless and it took me over 1860+ days (5+ years) to get a passport and ability to travel. This gave enough time for the other parent to keep my brother in the US, born the same way and same laws are applicable to him as well and live freely with complete impunity while I languished in India in childhood statelessness. The other adult knew the consequences of deleting me and NOT showing up as they had SHOWED UP to India for my brother, also born the same way and assist with his legal paperwork. These are pre-meditative acts discriminating me based on my birth, nationality, gender but the US will not investigate because perhaps I am still living and didn't die? But do I still have the right to speak up, share awareness and make sense of the things they teach in school like truth, tolerance, compassion, no bullying, respect?
Perhaps you are someone who believes in "rule of laws" and "best interest of child" then how can you support where two siblings born the same way during the same marriage where one is counted as "child of marriage" while other is "child born out of wedlock"? If all children born the same way have to abide by the same laws which we respectfully do then why is one adult treated ABOVE the law? Why is an immigrant fraudster treated ABOVE the laws than a US citizen woman in same situation? Why is an intersex adult treated ABOVE the law than gay men in same situation? Why is an adult treated ABOVE the law than innocent children and siblings?
Perhaps you are someone who opposed gay rights and were participatory in the culture of closeting gays even suggesting "reversal therapy" in "name of law". Then how can you support a divorce in Texas between two Genetic males in 2010, getting legal paperwork signed under duress by holding a sibling, a little girl child as bait and blackmail for extortion? Or is it a repeat of the "closeting culture" except this time the target is IVF/Surrogacy children and families?
Perhaps you are someone who supports democratic values like truth, liberty and justice for ALL inclusively. Then how can you support the deliberate manipulation and misuse of the laws by rogue and malicious adults (lies), directly making them Stateless (loss of FREEDOM) and using it to divide biological siblings and denial of due process let alone justice who are excluded from ALL? For us the children and family, looking outside from the inside, it's about moving forward. The fundamental question is can anyone "build a family" by deleting a family member, a sibling? Since we are moving forward, we need basic rights like getting a legal identity, a birth certificate, a passport, rights of a DELETED girl child, due process and so on. Is it wrong wanting to move forward? How does one justify what is taught in school like truth, Respect, compassion, tolerance, no bullying, rule of law with the status quo of DELETED and denied girl child and siblings forced to be stateless to Divide them? If you believe in child rights, women rights, human rights, will you wait to speak up till it happens to your daughter or sister? Your Choice, You Decide.
As gay rights have shown, understanding goes a long way. Clearly, IVF/Surrogacy rights are misunderstood and worse exploited but our love for our children is steadfast to give us the courage to say the truth peacefully. DELETING and dividing Children and siblings is never a way to build a family, we think its barbaric and no place in a civilized society as evidenced by forced childhood statelessness also done by terrorists.
Perhaps you are someone who opposes the travel ban and opposes separating children from parent at the border, then how can you support an illegal immigrant adult in US who has already done this in 2009 by both imposing a travel ban on a girl child and separating a son from a parent and sister?
Perhaps you are someone who opposes "bathroom choice" for intersex/transgender adults even in 2017, then how can you support an intersex adult choosing to count a brother but deleting a sister and thus dividing and denying rights of innocent, voiceless children and women?
Perhaps you are someone who thinks its offensive for laws to treat an intersex adult as a male, which genetically is true but who socially identifies as female. Then is it also offensive to legally DELETING a girl child and a sister who is otherwise both socially and physically alive? How to justify legally treating IVF/Surrogacy siblings as "half-siblings" which genetically is true but socially identify as brother and sister?
Perhaps you are someone who thinks that when two adults come together to have a child jointly, both should be held to account equally like publicly discussed case of Sherri Shepherd and Surrogacy child Lamar Sally, Jr. Born during an ongoing divorce. But then how can you support a Texan Indian American girl child is placed through the same situation, she gets DELETED and denied due process while divided from brother? Sisters being forced to sacrifice by adults for brothers is passe or is it?
Perhaps you are someone who agrees with the "rule of law" that using a false birth record for a child to take them away from the biological family and siblings is a crime like US citizen adult women Ann Pettway and Sandy Hatte and prosecute even after decades. But then how can you support an immigrant fraudster, intersex adult to lie and use a false birth record of a child to keep them away from their biological family and siblings?
