Introducing myself and my journal: Humanity & equality

About Me:
Spiritual Being.

I am not professional i like to call myself, i am only spiritual being and human being.
i am doing personal counselling (self help, motivational/positive thinking, Spiritual well-being/ personality improvement /meditation/Mental well-being/emotional well-being.).
being honest & authentic person i want to live. This 2 thing is my passion. i believe being in modern life i desire only one thing is balance in self. my great desire/ passion to support people in making every moment truthful and joyfully.
i never liked to word \" help\" people know, understand them selves only they need person around then who can listen them and have compassion in heart so i believe in supporting people and being always there for them.Within the past few years, I've spent much of my time studying happiness and well-being, discovering more and more that happiness is a choice. Well-being and happiness are innate, they are our natural states.

These are my few Beliefs/ my principal. i truly and deeply implement in my life.
I am very Human working on progress.
Don't be a saint & don't be a devil, just be a human being.
Compassion in heart, truth with self.
Be the type of person you want to meet.
Forgiving you is my Gift to you, moving on is my gift to myself.
Whether you think you Can or you are Can't you are always right.

So far in this journey i learned one thing \" live in Now, enjoy the moment\"

Thanks you so much God.
Be with joy & happiness.
