About Me:
I am a feminist, have two grown up children. Been born in Chile and lived Canada and Ecuador due to the Pinochet Dictatorship. I am a social worker with a Public Policy Degree and also a Documentalist (Librarian). Worked as a permanent Staff for about 16 years with Isis Santiago in the Violence Against Women Program and the Information and Documentation Center. Was the Information link for the Latin American and Caribbean Network on Violence Against Women while I was a Staff at Isis Internacional. Up-to-date related to Isis in a consultancy bases for the Information and Documentation Center and other related to the Networking program.
I am 64 years old and since I was 27 years been a permanent activist for the Feminist Movement. Also participated in the activities that brought back democracy to Chile and in the Latin American and Caribbean Women´s Movement. Have a profound relation to nature. I produce honey in a location I have with other women in the countryside 330 kilometers south of Santiago.



My Passions:
To read and enjoy nature.



My Challenges:
Contribute to make the world a better place to live for every women, men and children.



My Vision for the Future:
Aworld with equal access to knowledge and ideas where discrimination by any reason does not exist.
