Yvonne Bryant was the most wonderful woman I ever met. I have been trying to reach her for the last six months without success. Today I found out she has passed away exactly six months ago, on April 25th, 2013. In every letter, evey message and every note I wrote to her in these six months, I told her how much I loved her and missed her. I knew something was wrong. I knew she would never let me on my own. I knew she would answer my notes if she could. I did not do enough to see her again. I did not fulfill my wish to see her again. I am so sorry! I love you sweet Yvonne. Your place in my life will never be filled by anyone. You are my mentor, and now, you are my angel in heaven. Please join me in celebrating her life, her achievements, but over all that, her great heart.

Jackie, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. The news must have been devastating to you.

However, do not fill your head with thoughts of not doing enough to see her again, but instead rejoice in the time you did spend together whether by email, via skype or in person. Cherish those moments and the fact that you had each other in your lives, and the acts of kindness and compassion that resulted from your union. Focus not on what could have been but on what was. Your connection ignited powerful sparks of energy, action, empathy and love. Think of all of the things that would not have happened if you had not met each other. Honor her memory and her life not with regrets but with love. Continue your life with her by your side in spirit and stay true to the friendship in your deeds and words. She is still with you and will not leave you as she lives in your heart.

Much love to you, Janice

Thank you for replying. I still don´t believe she will never again answer my mails. I am so lost without her. I wish she could have called me, I wish she would have said good bye.

Last time we skyped, I was very ill. And she comforted me so much. I wish I could do the same with her. I wish I could be there for her.

But it is not possible to do everything one wants. I know that. I only hope she will forgive me for not going to see her when she needed me. She now knows why I was in such despair. I know that she is with me. I have noticed how she caresses me. Really, it is the first time in my life, that I can feel how someone who is not my own family,is behind me at all times, like a mother would be.

Hugs my darling,
