A new Social Construction thanks to all writers in World Pulse

Women working together, women standing up to speak not only for themselves, but for their fellow women leaders and followers as well, this is the biggest achievement of our lives, for many of us. When I began to write in Pulse Wire, I wanted all of us to realize that we not only can work for our dreams, but to realize that we actually HAVE a dream of our own, tailored to bring about the best of each one of us.

What an honor I have had to meet these wonderful women, who do not tag themselves as leaders or followers, or good or bad, but instead they have chosen to listen to their hearts and do what is right. And are not afraid to show their support to one another.

This is, my dear friends, the kind or result we must all seek in our endeavors to make women be heard. Because it is hard to achieve, let us not fool ourselves thinking this has been 'given' to us from someone. No. The road to make World Pulse what it is right now, to build this awesome community where each of us can come and speak up with ease, helping each other realize their dreams, has not been GIVEN to us. No. We have all worked for it, as every time we wrote about the issues that we consider important, we have put one more stone to build up the foundations of this construction. And every time we replied and commented we glued everything together.

In a short time, we have developed our own social construction of the words WOMEN WORKING TOGETHER. Many of us do not realize the extent of this achievement. We will realize how big this change is in only about a year, though it may be done earlier, as the stamina of the women doing this work is superb. I say this because after this time we will be able to talk about tangible new ways of WOMEN WORKING TOGETHER, that will be rooted all over the world, based in this new construction.

Think about it, feel the pride. We must all applaud this new way of doing things. Just imagine that once, it was only a thought in the head of someone: Jensine.

Now it is in the head, but most importantly in the hearts, of this whole team of women leaders that write here everyday. I am sure Jensine didn't know she would help make a new social construction. Just as none of us can right now realize how far we have come, in such a short time.

Let us go on. WOMEN WORKING TOGETHER, is not a challenge anymore, it is a reality.
