No one speaks for me, I speak for myself

It is an exciting time to be alive!!! I only wish I had been more \"awake\" many years ago; but spent a lot of my years caught up in the drama of day to day living and trying to get my voice and life back! It has been a journey of discovery and am using these discoveries in writing, speaking, getting involved with women's issues, and sharing with other women for support as I continue walking out my journey with a new found confidence and belief in myself to be a wounded healer to other women who are still caught in this cycle! I love my daugher's post on facebook today.....\"It is time to leave the drama behind and replace it with situations and people that help us grow in love, acceptance, peace, & joy and make a real difference in our world. Life is short....let's choose to be happy!!\".....(these are my words from what she posted). I don't like my health issues; my body has paid a big price; but I will survive and be a witness of transformation......from my favorite book....THE LITTLE ENGINE THAT COULD......I think I can, I think I can, I think I can......AND I WILL CLIMB OVER THAT MOUNTAIN AND MAKE IT \"HOME\". I have loveable and capable; there Is strength and beauty in my sanctuary! I am working on workshop material to present to a group of women in June on this topic of Growing as a Beautiful Woman of God which was retreat material done for a practicum for a Certificate Program in Spiritual Formation. I am expanding and growing the material to fit all opportunities to present it. Love & peace & joy to all women out there!
