My Role as an Encourager...

Hi there lovely Solidarity Sisters,

I'm a visionary, graphic/fashion designer and highly sensitive empath (originally from Wisconsin, USA) with a passion for life, creativity, equality, environmentalism, fashion, and travel. I have over 13 years in the graphic and fashion design industries and currently reside in the Malaga province in Spain. I also love to mentor girls and women, and to encourage them to follow their dreams. This is my purpose and passion to creatively help girls and women globally.

I have actively been a World Pulse Encourager since November, 2016, but had wanted to make a big difference in many female lives for a long time. The right opportunity didn’t present itself, however, until the World Pulse rebrand in fall of 2016. I saw the call for volunteers in an email, it really resonated with me, and so I immediately signed up as an Encourager and haven’t looked back. In fact, I wish I would’ve done it sooner.

I take my role as Encourager very seriously. I feel that every person that writes on our forum has the right to be heard and that their voice is very important. I believe that everyone on this planet has a voice and personal mission to fulfill. I also believe that when every girl and women on the planet is given the opportunity to share their personal story, to thrive, and fulfill their mission, that eventually peace and balance will be restored to our beautiful planet.

I see posts coming in from people every day. Each one of these posts and people are important. They are from real people… with real pain, joy, successes and experiences. All these stories are significant, because when we share our stories, each of us grows; the sisterhood grows; the planet grows, collectively. Who knows who or what we will inspire? We could motivate the next Nobel Peace Prize winner, the latest New York Best Selling author, the next President… the sky is the limit! And, it takes just one person to really listen and respond to a story, to inspire the member to either continue on their mission, project, idea, business; or even just sometimes to help them get through the day, knowing that someone out there cared enough to listen to THEIR story. I’ve heard so many people thanking me for taking the time to respond and that it encouraged them to move forward with whatever their project, initiative or mission is. You can to. Be the reason. Be the change.
