Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
Young Professional, I have held positions within large international organizations both in Haiti and in Africa (Cameroon) . I have been trainer, project coordinator, Multimedia Center Director, Country Program Manager and Country Representative, Haiti Program Manager, Program development Specialist (USAID /OTI/ HRI) and Member of the Board of a local NGO.

For the past 7 years, i have led Country offices and various projects providing guidance to partners and ensure Design and implementation , financial , technical assistance , monitoring and evaluation , logistic , human resources ,external relation and communication. I have demonstrated success in managing full multi-years and multimillion project life-cycle in thematic such as :Gender Based Violence ,Communication and Advocacy (United Nations ) education , DRR, Maternal and child health, WASH , livelihood ,Cholera Response ,Humanitarian Disaster relief and recovery , health and health education , HIV/AIDS (prevention , care ,ART,Psychosocial Support ) , community development ,nutrition ,Participatory vulnerability analysis .
My experiences included both Leadership (office administration and management ) , hands-on technical (proposals and related documents (log frame, budget, financial and programmatic monitoring plan, Contingency plan ,etc) and practical (Compile Success Stories from beneficiaries and community members ,take photos of project activities ,Provide necessary logistical support) skills in project and program management .I’m Highly skilled in participatory and community approaches and methodologies , proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word , Excel , power Point ,Excel, Outlook ) , Internet explorer ,Lotus notes ,Epi Info , SPSS .I speak English , French and Creole fluently and have basic knowledge in Spanish and Italian .
Furthermore , I have proven the ability to manage large scale project (PEPFAR funded 4.8 Millions USD for an alliance of 5 partners for example ) , consistently delivering engagement within time and budget constraints for donors : USAID , UN, DFID , DEC , AVAZ , EU, Global Funds , Canadian cooperation and Private donors and also collaborating with the Government of Haiti, Local Authorities .I possess a solid track record for leading and motivating technical professionals in order to achieve high levels of performance.
I have the advantage of having worked in strengthening the capacity and providing support to community organizations, local and international NGOs.
