About Me

Survivor • Inspirational writer • Encourager/Motivator • Development worker • Wife to a humanitarian coordinator • Mom to two young boys

I love listening/reading about real-life inspirational stories. I like documenting valuable human experiences. I love encouraging people.

I enjoy teaching and facilitating workshops and trainings.

I value the power of collaboration and raising awareness.

My heart is drawn to people who are struggling with depression, trauma, and abuse. I advocate for inclusion and appreciation for indigenous people and those who are differently-abled/with special needs.

In the last four years, my family and I live in three Typhoon-Haiyan-affected areas in the Philippines. I support disaster preparedness, reduction and management; climate change mitigation and adaptation; and environmental protection.

My Vision

A healed, peaceful world. ❤
