YNPNsfba Book Club is excited to announce a SPECIAL BOOK CLUB EVENT where we're collaborating with our long-time bookstore partner BOOKSMITH and co-sponsored by HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH to discuss the popular book NEXT MONTH in MARCH:



Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide
by Nicholas D. Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn

YNPNsfba Book Club is proud to have two guest speakers:
1) Heather Murphy - Institute of International Education
Heather currently works for the Women in Technology Program with the Institute of International Education where she manages the program in six countries in the Middle East and North Africa providing oversight of in-country staff and partners, trainings and project implementation.



2) Deborah Goldberg - International Development Exchange
Deborah currently works as Development Associate at International Development Exchange, a nonprofit grantmaking organization that promotes sustainable solutions to poverty in six countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America focused on women's empowerment, building local economies and care for the environment.
