Digitally Empower Women to be Safe From Violence With Me

Many women facing violence, in India and beyond, are not able to reach out for help. Often, medical, legal, and other support services are out of reach when they do. I am a survivor of sexual abuse. I felt defeated until I started telling my story to the people around me and received their empathy and support.

After facing violence myself, I don’t want any woman to suffer alone or in silence. I will create a mobile app that will list all support services a woman can access nearby. It will also contain credible information on what to do in a given situation, along with a breakdown of her rights.
