Women and youth Empowerment

My aim is to create a women Empowered community through network empowerment. The challenges and barreiers i have faced are as follows; Lack of knowledge: the women in this community don't understand that Network Marketing is the highest paying industry in the world. It is also the best business for women because you can work from home close to your families all the timeand you can work at your own pace and time. the business also builds 24/7, even while you sleep
The next is finance,which is my biggest barrier. Without funding i can't even train, advertise or even find a venue for trainning, or get the trainning equipment like computers since the business is all about the internet.

Lack of technology at grassroots level is a serious problem in my community. Grassroots women have no access to computersor the internet, only the well up or the employed women have access to computer at their work place.

Stigmatisation on network marketing is like a virus eating away the possibillity of conviencing women that internet business can really change their lives. People in my community mistake network markting for Pyramids or scams.

My present solutions on these challenges are: On funding, i am looking for donnations or any form of funding through online communities, I wish to train women and youth in Business mangement and administration, as well as computer literacy, so that every one of them can be able to access the internet, sign up for an email account as well as mange their businesses well.

Technology at grassroot level can be achieved by havine branches of Women and Youth Empowerment in the lowest areas of our community and having computers in those areas.

Remember a virus can only spread when no preventative measuers are taken, so the stigmatisation \" virus\" can be erudicated by a \"vaccine\" called Knowledge which when vaccinated on women, the vaccinated aquire wisdom and understanding thereby becoming competant businesss women.

In communication, we will have weekly presentations and members can access the office any time ,personallyor through the back office on the website, when we get the finnance to create it.

These challenges canbe overcomed by using Pulsewire or any online community.Through these online communities I can get ideas, solutins, encouragement and motivation from my online friends. There are very inteligent women online who can help me with issues like logos, fliers or even creation of a website.Most online communities have donors onboard their ships so i may even get funding as well asdonnations in kind like old coputers,office furniture and desks and chairs for trainning. I can get any form of help online from my fellow friends.

Although I have worked for 2 years to create this system, i now KNOW that it is time for my community to change.I want to make the majority of women run their own businesse s, an opportunity they have been deprived of for decades.
