About Me:
Ms. Laila Rubab has 7 year of learning experience inthe development sector/nonprofit social sector Local NGOs and INGOs. She holds a Postgraduate Degree in Sociology from Bahuadin Zakriya University Multan (Punjab) Pakistan, she also got English Communication skill course diploma from Government College University Lahore. Rubab has participated extensively in movements advocating for Human rights, women rights and Child Rights. In particular, her work addresses the differential needs and circumstances of women, girls particularly during the disaster. Her expertise are in community participation and reflection, participatory reflection and action ,PRA tools and building community support, key coalitions and strategic interagency partnerships, and equal strengths in program, advocacy and social mobilization. Rubab is a certified Sociologist and has provided social rehabilitation services for over 7years victims of violence particularly women vulnerable and marginalized.
