Introducing myself and my journal: Microfinance, Dialogue and Diversity

About Me:
At 33, I have had 10 years experience in the corporate world in HR and Corporate Social Responsibility roles between London, Chicago and Paris. I have been married for 10 years and have 3 young children. I believe in God and am open to all faiths and belief systems (my husband is anti-clergy!).
In 2009, I decided to leave the corporate world to found a social enterprise -2d4b- tackling what I sense is the most pressing need for this world: empowering all citizens to feel co-responsible of what is happening to us, and enabling collective intelligence to emerge. Indeed, I am convinced that none of us has the solution and I am fed up with waiting for THE saviour, or THE cure. Instead, I am keen to encourage all citizens to roll up their sleeves, work together, dialogue with each other, so we find many small solutions to local issues, and help step by step the world to become a better place.
I am also a Board Trustee of a Microfinance NGO -Don Boule de Neige- collecting funds in France to allocate them to Social Microfinance partners in Madagascar, Benin and Cambodia.
Women have been at the heart of my work through and through (for dialogues, for microfinance, ...) and 2d4b is in the midst of an itinerary where dialogues of women are taking place across France, Madagascar, Algeria, UK, Turkey, US, Brussels so we discern what women want across generations, cultures, faiths, nationalities, social revenues.

My Passions:
People, Nature, Danse, Spirituality

My Vision for the Future:
Nurture dialogues amongst diverse people and Listen to muted voices so co-responsibility emerges

My Areas of Expertise:
Dialogue, diversity, microfinance
