There are a lot of religons, but everyone has only one soul. Befor the birth this soul is free and power and can make the best choice - where to be born as a person (choosing one from all newborns). There are a lot of (millions) spermatozoon, but only one egg cell. And Nature (or God) make another important choice for us. So everyone is THE BEST COMBINATION, wonderful and unrepeatable. Who is better than you? No one. Who is better than me? No one. I think, the first step is to understand, to believe, to take myself as a WONDERFUL UNREPEATABLE PERSON.
