Introducing myself and my journal: New chilean voices

About Me:
Hello everyone,

I'm Loreto Navarrete, a Chilean anthropologist who believes that the greatest challenges of my country today, are related to the improvement of our democracy and the exercise of rights. In particular, the rights of women, youths and migrants.

I work in an NGO called IDEAS Foundation and in the next weeks i'll start to coordinate a new program dedicated to support and strengthen young women's organizations. I'll tell you about that in my next post.

Besides that, I can tell you that I'm 30 (yes, it happened this year... ) and I'm a huge music lover. Also, I really enjoy talking about politics, history, and culture. I hope I can tell you all later about the political changes around here in the last year.

So, I'll be writing soon about this new proyect and some ideas that I have for the empowerment of young women here in Chile. See ya!

My Passions:
