Introducing myself and my journal: Lotus Bud

About Me:

I'm a 61 year old Colorado native who's travelled the world and lived in a variety of places;
for most of my life, I've loved and dabbled a bit in a variety of art venues
I've worked in air quality consulting, studied hazardous waste management, and worked in sales for 15 years
I've always championed women's causes, presently heavily involved in fundraising for a math, science, and technology conference for young teenage girls; for them to learn about career options.

My Passions:
art, travel, getting to know people of all walks of life, and helping women reach sustainable, peaceful futures

My Challenges:
learning to play the guitar and how best to spend my retirement years

My Vision for the Future:
one of peace and equal rights, with food and clean water for all
