PulseWire Action Group Expands Connections

Today 4 women gathered in the music room at the Rogue Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (RVUUF) in Ashland, OR.
With every gathering we are learning more about how to connect with Pulse Wire, interact with our global sisters,
post our journal entries, and expand our connections with each other and the Pulse Wire community. One of our group has a heart connection to Bangalore, India and discovered other women from that city who are doing exciting work. She was excited and has expanded her friends' connections with them. Another woman brought a book about a Chinese woman who is an employee of the state radio system and designed a call-in program called "Words on the Night Breeze". The book brings together the stories that affected her the most and is a work of oral history containing stories about mothers and daughters and human traffikking to name a few topics. She is expanding her use of Pulse Wire and making new connections to women in China. Another woman wrote to a young woman in Argentina and learned more about the technological side of using World Pulse. We also honored Ang Sang Sui Chi for becoming a member of Parliament after 20+ years under house arrest. She inspires all of us to be persistent in our work for global change.
We also signed a card that we are sending WorldPulse to support women in remote villages with 6 months of internet access. Thanks to all the women who have been participating in our group. This is the way the world changes...one voice at a time, millions of voices strong. We are the women of Pulse Wire...Happy Spring to one and all!
