INTRODUCTION
L’enfant est le fruit de l’union de 2 conjoints qui s’aiment mutuellement.
Par conséquent les parents doivent respecter les droits de leur progéniture en lui manifestant une affectation sans réserve.
La famille est la première place où l’enfant puise l’amour dès la conception jusqu’à la fin de son enfance en collaboration avec toute la communauté dont la famille, l’Etat, l’école et l’église.
Toutes ces structures doivent respecter les droits de l’enfant.
A) Les parents doivent assurer la survie de l’enfant en le nourrissant, le soignant, le protégeant, le vêtissent et lui donnant une bonne éducation.
B) L’école doit développer les compétences de l’enfant dès le bas âge (à partir de 3 ans). Les enseignants doivent suivre l’évolution intellectuelle de l’enfant et lui donner une orientation selon ses compétences.
C) L’Etat Congolais doit mettre l’enfant dans une situation favorable pour son développement intégral. Il doit recruter les enseignants compétents en leur assurant de bonne conditions pour un bon rendement (salaire décent) et formations permanente parce que la science est en évolution.
Les infrastructures sont d’une grande importance pour la bonne marche de l’éducation de l’enfant (installations sanitaires en bon état)

INTRODUCTION

The family is the first place where children draw love, from their conception until the end of their childhood. This is with the collaboration of the entire community, including the family, the state, the school, and the church. Each of these structures must respect the rights of children.

A) Parents must provide for the survival of children by feeding, caring for, protecting, and clothing them, as well as giving them a good education.
B) The school must see to the proper development of children’s skills from the young age of 3 years. Teachers must follow the intellectual evolution of children and guide them according to their individual talents.
C) The Congolese government must allow children a situation favorable to their overall development. It must attract and hire competent educators by providing a decent salary and good working conditions, as well as providing ongoing training because science and other subjects are in constant evolution. Infrastructure is highly important for the education of children—including sanitary facilities in working order.
