La méthode digitale de world Puls est une voix de solution efficace au problème d'enclavement,d’aliénation des cultures et marginalisation des personnes vulnérables.Ma plus grande satisfaction est de trouver que World Puls donne le micro et le droit de parole aux victimes elles-mêmes.Chacune doit parler pour elle-même.Ceci évite la politisation des informations la manipulation des données.Nous trouvons que les informations que nous lisons dans ce digital médias est très crédible et fiable car il vient directement de la source.La victime a parlé pour elle-même.
SOLUTIONS
-A partir du moment ou les femmes membres de mon organisation et moi-même sommes devenus membres de World Puls,notre entendement a changé.
Je deviens très sensible et actif a motiver les suivantes des violences sexuelles a dénoncer, a s'exprimer.Et le médias le plus crédible ou les victimes peuvent s'exprimer librement c'est sur la vois digitale d'impulsion mondiale.Nous avons l'assurance de la sécurité des informations reçues et publiées suite au mot de passe individuel.
Cette méthode de digitale médis pourra conduire notre pays la R D Congo a réduire les cas de violation des droits des femmes car elle met en exercice une méthode participative,jamais trouvée ailleurs:parler pour soi-même.Elle nous donne le souci de nous intéresser a la technologie moderne de communication bien qu'encore en age embryonnaire en R D Congo.
LES OUTILS
Les outils utilisés ne sont pas encore en vogue en R D Congo:l'ordinateur,l'internet...est un luxe offert aux hommes et aux femmes riches des villes.
il serait important d'utiliser aussi la méthode d'enregistrement des sons.Bon nombre des femmes rurales ne savent ni lire ni écrire.C'est pourquoi la méthode d'enregistrement serait un moyen de les inclure dans ce programme combien capital.

Our satisfaction is great

World Pulse’s digital voice is an efficient solution to the problems of isolation, alienation of cultures, and of marginalization of the most vulnerable. My greatest satisfaction is in seeing that World Pulse gives the microphone – and the power of speaking out – to the victims themselves. Each one must speak for herself. This avoids the politicizing of information, and the manipulation of facts. We find that the information we read in this digital media is credible and trustworthy because it comes directly from the source. The victim has spoken for herself.

SOLUTIONS: From the very first moment the women members in my organization and I joined World Pulse, our understanding changed. I have become very sensitive and active in terms of motivating those who have suffered sexual violence to speak out and to express themselves. The most credible way for the victims to express themselves freely is by way of this world-wide digital media. We have the assurance that the information received and published through our own individual password.

This method of digital media could lead the DRC to reduce the cases of violations against the rights of women because it puts into practice a method that is participatory, and that is not found elsewhere: to speak for oneself. It gives us the option of becoming interested in modern “communication” technology, still in its embryonic stages in the DRC.

THE TOOLS: These tools are not yet in vogue in the DRC. : the computer, the internet, …these are luxuries available only to rich men and women in the cities. It would, therefore, be important to make use of some kind of sound recording as well. A good number of rural women can neither read nor write. Having some kind of recording method would be very important, and a way of including these women into the program, whatever the cost.
