L'insécurité dont est victime la population à Bukavu RDCongo à Kadutu

Il ne se passe plus une semaine sans que le coup de cartouches ne se fassent entendre dans la commune de Kadutu et Bagira à Cimpunda et Ciriri chez Kajangu . Les personnes avec tenue ou sans tenue militaire viennent dans les maisons entre 1 et 2heures du matin pour piller et traumatiser les membres de la famille à visiter , les membres subissent de coup de machette et les biens de la maison sont emportés par ces derniers
Chez Kajangu à Ciriri dans la semaine allant du 7 au 14 Juillet 2014 deux operations nocturnes se sont passées dans ce coin de la commune de Bagira et Kadutu et durant ces deux opérations 4 maisons ont été visités par ses boureaux
La question que la population se pose entre ce quartier Kajangu deux positions de la police y sont erigées pour la sécurité des personnes et de leurs biens
Comment expliquer qu'à moins d'un kilometre entre les deux positions il peut y avoir des pillages des hommes en uniforme sans que ces gardes de sécurité ne soient tenus informer ou si possible viennent intervenir
Lorque la population crie au secours , l'intervention arrive tard quand les boureaux auraient dejà commis le forfait
Ils arrivent deux heures après le forfait
Ce que nous population nous pouvons recommander aux personnes chargées de la sécurité d'instruire la police , de chasser les policiers qui étaient des deserteurs de l'armée ou de mouvement Mai Mai , les mettre tous de coté car n'ont pas été intruit ni éduquer
Et en suite tenir de patrouille avec la population si non une population sans arme ne peut pas faire fasse à un groupe de boureaux sans armes

The insecurity of which the population of Kadutu in Bukavu, Democratic Republic of Congo is victim

Not even a week goes by without hearing gunfire in the communes of Kadutu and Bagira at Cimpunda and Ciriri in Kajangu. Persons with or without military uniforms come into the houses between 1 and 2:00 in the morning to rob and traumatize the members of the family. The family members submit to machete blows and the household goods get carried away.

During the week of the 7-14 of July at Kajangu, Ciriri, two nighttime operations took place in the area of the communes of Bagira and Kadutu. During these two operations four houses were visited by these crooks.

What the people are wondering is that in the Kajangu neighborhood there are two police posts erected for the security of the people and their belongings. How can it be explained that with less than a kilometer between these two posts there can be robberies by men in uniform without the security guards knowing or if possible coming to intervene. When the people cry “help!” intervention arrives late and the crooks will have already committed the crime.
They get there two hours after the crime!

What we the people can do is to advise the persons in charge of security to tell the police, to chase away the policemen who were deserters from the army or from the Mai Mai movement , and set them aside for they were neither instructed or educated. And finally we can go on patrol with the people. Otherwise an unarmed population cannot turn aside a group of unarmed crooks.
