Introducing myself and my journal



About Me:
I am currently a lecturer in the Department of Development studies at the National University of Lesotho and has just completed my Doctorate in Development Studies, my thesis title was " The mixed legacy; the institutionalisation of a feminist agenda in Lesotho; 1966-2005". I am the founder of quthing rural women and development association which works to empower rural women to engage in both economic and social issues. so far the association has 25 members who come from different backgrounds and educational attainment. We have been visible in campaigns around HIV, OVCs and teenage mothers. My puiblications are around women and ruarl transport, elctions and women, consolidating democracy e.tc. I ahve been a research associate for Women and Law in Southern Africa and this has given me the experience to engage in advocay and training in women's rights.....
