Introducing myself and my journal: Love this life with Marie Louise

About Me:
I have spent my adult life in the mining industry looking for a gemstone 'black opal' only to discover that worlds within was where my fortune was to be found. I was exposed to unconscious reactive behaviours of my experience of child sexual abuse, being raped as a teen and fear of my family history of bipolar disease and may other conditionings and beliefs that shadowed my true nature. Peeling the layers of who I perceived myself to be has exposed me to my true nature where love peace and personal power is now my constant.

Learning the workings of the brain, reconnecting to my sensory body, healing, getting a grip on emotions and using them all as tools to live in this life completely. With these personal realisations, my drive to share up this possibility to support others in their process of personal evolution formed up in a book. 'Discover Worlds Within' 'choose to evolve.

From Construction to Compassion has exposed the fun in living for me, I love sharing the space of living in our possibility, going beyond our outdated conditionings and beliefs to empower our life experience rather than contract it. Whether I am sharing to one or many, this is what I love to do.

No matter where we are born, what life experiences we have, what our DNA has given us, we all have the possibility to find inner peace through simple practices and making the choice to do so. This is the beauty of being human. "Choice'.

Opening up to the self beyond our past is where personal power, liberation and freedom can be exposed.
