LA MAITRISE DE SOI/ ARME PUISSANTE

J’avais terminé mes études en Informatique de Gestion, dans l’objectif d’être outillé pour aider les autres femmes à s’épanouir et se prendre en charge par ce qu’il ya un adage qui dit : « si tu me donne un poisson je mangerais mais si tu m’apprends à pêché, je n’aurais jamais faim ».
En effet, j’avais eu un problème quand mon père était décédé, je ne pouvais pas évoluer avec mes études supérieures, dont G3 comme Analyste programmeur. La famille n’avait pas de sous pour pouvoir continué à l’épanouissement de vie intellectuelle ; difficulté rencontrer pour le travail professionnelle, j’ai œuvré dans une ONG : La Voix de Sans Voix ni Liberté pendant 9 ans et j’avais été remercié, l'ancien patron était décédé, le successeur m'avais chassé, motif j’avais demandé mes arriérées de 7 mois, privé de mes droits, sans être notifié par une lettre de révocation ; il fallu un temps pour se remettre et penser à faire autre chose. Je n’ai pas voulu m’arrêté étant donné que j’étais formatrice des femmes et filles vulnérables, hélas quelle sera le sort de ces femmes, filles qui attendaient de moi, leurs transformations des idées pour façonner leurs avenir. Il faut faire face à un obstacle, malgré la circonstance qui se surgira percé de l’avant pour vaincre. L’obstacle fait que la personne ait la force de persévérer sans reculer et partage son expérience à l’autre, de fournir un effort pour avancer et surmonter les problèmes et demain vous serez la grande puissance, pour aider les autres à se dépasser, pour remporter la victoire.

I completed my studies in Management of Information Systems, with the hope of equipping myself to help other women open up and take charge. There is a saying that says: “give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”.
In effect, my problems began when my father passed away. I couldn’t advance in my studies which were working towards becoming a Program Analyst (G3 level). My family had no money for me to continue my intellectual journey and due to difficulty in finding work, I began working for an NGO – La Voix des Sans-Voix. I worked for them for 9 years and my efforts were well appreciated. However, when the director died, his successor decided he didn’t need me and had me fired, his motive for which was because I requested 7 months of outstanding pay. I was deprived of my rights and received no letter of dismissal. It took some time to come to terms with all that had happened and then to begin thinking about doing something else. I didn’t want to stop and do nothing. After all, I was a mentor for vulnerable women and girls. If I did nothing, what fate lay ahead for these women and girls? They relied on me and so too did their ideas for shaping their future. We need to face up to an obstacle, no matter what the circumstances are, if we are going to come out on top. Obstacles give people the strength to persist and persevere. From these battles, we can share our experiences with others in order to help them move forward and overcome their own obstacles. And tomorrow, YOU will be the winner for having helped others to move on and to conquer their obstacles.
