Introducing myself and my journal: Break through the silence Zone



About Me:
Mid thirties has an advantage , you have passed through all the turmoils of adolescence and youth and facing the new phase of life that is a mix of challenges, stability with inbuilt uncertainty.
So that's me. I have been active in field for more than 15 years working with tribal, rural and urban deprived groups of children and youth especially girls on the issues of education, gender and health issues.
Currently working with Vacha Charitable Trust as chief project coordinator.



My Passions:
reading, engaging with empowering girls and training boys to break patriarchal notions of masculinity



My Challenges:
social constructs



My Vision for the Future:
Gender just world free from any oppression based on class, cast, region, religion and ethnicity



My Areas of Expertise:
working with adolescent girls and boys, project planning, project management, data analysis
