My Changemaking Resources

I made a mind map to gather all my resources. I now can see I have a lot of assets to start my strategy. My favorite assets are:

1. Technology. I can use internet to find more resources. For example www.freelancer.com / www.fiverr.com Those are very powerful web Apps, where wecan search and hire great resources (writers, developers, designers, etc) for much lower prices. Very serious, hard working people from around the world, with very specific technical skills.I have just hired a developer for a project, and It saved my life! You can find locals or worldwide assets. It is also a tool I like to teach in my workshops: you can get hired to earn some income, or hire some else.

2. Networking. My secret is to always \"give first\". In order to grow a relationship or connection, I try togive first. For example, I think about: What do this person need? what is he or she interested about? then I find some articles, or pass them a contact, give a lecture, or give them an idea to solve their problems. Maybe I will never need something from this person, but when I do, they are grateful and they are very willing to collaborate with me.

3. Social Media Groups. I have several private groups on facebook of woman with same interest. My target are entrepreneurial woman who can give time for mentoring, share ideas and knowledge, support other businesses, etc. in my own community, so I searched and joined some of this groups. We are now helping each other: buying from one another so our local businesses can thrive (instead of multinationals), posting resources (needed or offered), using this groups to invite others to join your cause, etc.

I see now I can use this resources to find woman with the same vision I have, so I can fundraise the things I still need:

  • Money to start the online academy

  • More business women who can createcontent and programs for our online trainings: mentors, volunteers, technical support, etc.

Hope you find some ideas here. I will see your post to get inspired!
