Introducing myself and my journal: Re-Membering Earth Wisdom

About Me:
I have a deep passion for the wisdom of the Earth. The vitality it offers to our bodies and our spirits can not be underestimated. I have been growing food and educating about organic hand-tilled agriculture and the wisdom of the plant world since 1986 in the United States, Philippines, Mexico and Nepal. From the world of growing healthy food, I was lead to the healing ways of plants and then to how food is truely our medicine. I have the opportunity to help people re-imagaine the world of weeds - how they are really our food and our medicine. In the west we have moved away from these relationships. We evolved together and only need take the time to reconnect to understand their healing properties.

The work of Weston A Price has inspiried me with new hope for myself and future generations. Returning to the wisdom of traditional diets and choosing to walk past the diet of commerce, white flour, sugar, all processed foods, has healing capacity beyond measure. I have much to share in this area. I see how important it is to tend the soils of your stomach so that we can digest our food and stay healthy.

I also am very involved in work of Naka-Ima (Inside of now). This is based on Buddhist philosophy, however the work is done out in community. I see that we have to look within and free ourselves of our attachments and wounded places so that we can share the gifts we have for our communites and all those that we come in contact with. It has had such a profound impact on my inner world, my relationship, and community that I have been producing them for the past 3 years. It is one of the most important contribution I have ever made to humanity.

I feel blessed to be a part of this beautiful world of women.
