Introducing myself and my journal: Leader

About Me:
I have studied for electronic engineer and I have been working in telecommunication company in Albania since 1992 till 2009. But since 2010 till now I have done a lot of progress in my career in public service, started as director of electronic and postal communication' directorate and finally as a General Inspector of Albania. As I have been serving in public service I found myself very interested in gender issues, especially in equality in decision making between men and women, girls and boys . So thanks NDI I attend a training course about women leadership and as the national women network was founded I am nominated as local coordinator and now on I totally focus on involving more and more girls and women in politic and public service.
I am really happy and inspired about global initiative of Hillary Clinton\" 50* 50 till 2050\"
