Register my FIR against 4 Bombay High Court-Convicted Cops: Addl. DGP Law & Order Maharashtra Javed Ahmad, Vashi DCP Purushotam Karad, 2 Vashi SPIs Laxman Kale & Raosaheb Sardesai – for filing FALSE CASE against me & doing FORGERY, PERJURY, False Sworn Affidavits, Criminal Contempt of SC/HC/JMFC Vashi Courts … under IPC Sections 466, 469, 471, 474, 167, 196, 220, 191, 192, 201, 120 (B), 199, 200 & 145 (2) Bombay Police Act & other
Dept./Legal Action against them for ILLEGALLY Arresting & Jailing me…as per Law…Para 36 Supreme Court Punishment Directives in D.K. Basu 1997 Case Law “36. Failure to comply with the requirements herein above mentioned shall apart from rendering the official concerned liable for departmental action, also render him liable to be punished for contempt of Supreme Court and the proceedings for contempt of court may be instituted in any High Court of the country having territorial jurisdiction over the matter.”
