What do enemies teach me?

Enemies always make people feel confused. They just thought that the enemy is the person around who think badly on them. Now I just know that the enemies are my teachers that teach me about the life and I learned a lot of lesson from them.
The enemies are my bad feeling, bad thought. They always bring me to be more confused and more upset. For example when I feel angry someone or something I always do act good shouting, destroying everything around me but it still make me more angry. Then when I controlled those feeling I felt better. It releases my angriness. So I knew that my enemies are not the people or the things but they are my bad thoughts.
The enemies are my guides. I always confuse with myself. When I cannot do this work or that work I hate it and I don’t want to do. When I don’t like writing and don’t like speaking, I never do it and then it becomes my weaknesses. I focus and start to challenge with those feeling, I understood that they are my best guides who told me the right direction. I should except those difficulties and work with them.
Enemies bring me to be successful. When I know that my enemies are myself then I try to contract with my life. For example I know that I am not good at reading and writing so I try to reading but I try to practice writing and reading than I can do it. They are my experiences that I remembered and learned from them and bring to be successful.
So I want everyone to rethink about the enemies/ when we feel angry, just walk back one step we will see what is the real problem. We just focus on nothing personal. We cannot make someone angry unless they acept that feelings, likewise for us. Just thank to the enermies as our best teacher and the best guides that make us know about what is the way to control ourselves. the only way is we have to accept and learn from them because we cannot escape.

For this I just want everyone focus on what they are doing and what they need to do not what they want to do.

Thank You!!!
