Week One assignments, check your Inbox!

Hello Listeners,

By now most of you have probably seen my email from earlier today, announcing the beginning of our Listening process, and detailing the instructions for this first week. If for some reason you didn't receive this message, let me know as soon as possible.

We have received just over 200 Applicant assignments for this first week, meaning that each Listener will be reviewing 3 or 4 different women. You have until next Monday, the 19th to complete these reviews.

I have received a few replies back that there is some trouble with loading the Google document. My guess is that in the middle of the day their servers are a little over-loaded, so things may slow down. If you encounter that problem, please just try again another time and see if it works. If you consistently have troubles, contact me via email and I will send your list of assignments in another format.

If you have any other questions, please send them my way, or post them as comments here so that other Listeners can learn too. Share your challenges, your highlights, your confusions... we are all in this together!

One last thing-- would anyone like to volunteer themselves to receive a few extra reviews if need be? Things happen, and we like to be prepared ahead of time! Just send me a note, and I'll follow up with details.
