L’environnement est ce qui nous entoure. C’est l’ensemble des élément naturel et artificiels au sien du quel se déroule la vie humaine. Avec les enjeux écologiques actuelle ,L’ environnement tend actuellement apprendre une dimension de plus en plus mondial .l’environnement est définie comme « l’ensemble des éléments biotique où abiotiques entoure un individu où une espèce et dont certain contribuant directement à subvenir ses besoin .
La mission de gestion de l’environnement ici au Congo cannait beaucoup de difficulté en observant plusieurs endroit les eaux sont stagnante par tous même les déchets sont dis perce dans le rue a cause de manque le dépotoir publique. A milieu naturel , paysage ,bruit ,énergie, aménagement ,le sécurité tous ça peut conduire a mal gestion de l’environnement
Concernant des nombres secteur : industrie , agriculture, collectivité local ,santé publique. Leurs fonctionnement cause beaucoup des problèmes sur l’environnement. Même si le gouvernement congolais songe a cet ’environnement mais avec les multiples difficulté voici comment le gouvernement congolais faite une solution de l’environnement en proposant des article qui guides toutes activité malgré les échec
Par exemple :ART 53 « tous le personnes a droit a une environnement sain et propice a son’ épanouissement intégral qui disait que l’état veille à l’épanouissement et la santé des population
ART54 « cet ‘article guide les construction des usine »
ART55 « la gestion de déchets et commerce international
Nous souhaitons notre gouvernement trouve des solutions a tous les problèmes de gestion de l’environnement :
-évite le pollution de l’ atmosphère
-construction de dépotoirs publique
- l’hygiène et assainissement

Solutions for the environment

The environment surrounds us. It is the combination of natural and artificial elements that enable human life. With the current economic stakes the environment is actually becoming a dimension more and more worldwide. The environment is defined as “the set of biotic and a biotic elements that surround an individual or a space and which contribute directly to provide for the needs.”
The mission of the management of the environment here in the Congo has many difficulties when observing many places of stagnant water, noise, energy, construction and security all that lead to the mismanagement of the environment.
Concerning numerous sectors: industry, agriculture, local communities, and public health all of which are affected or caused by problems of the environment. But even the Congolese government which dreams of the environment even with all its problems, proposes solutions that guide all the activities despite the failures.
For example: ART 53: “all the people have the right to a healthy and suitable environment, saying that the state ensures this development and health of the population.
ART 54 “this article guides the construction of factories”
ART 55 “the management of garbage and international commerce”
We hope that our government finds solutions to all the problems of the management of the environment:
Avoiding pollution of the atmosphere
Construction of public garbage dumps
And hygiene and sanitation
