Life in ups and down

When we’re always on high

Life is comfortable

Nothing disturbs us

All are enjoyable

Feeling very happy

We are always singing

Nothing can stop us

To do what we’re yearning

Thinking we’re mighty

Who can crash a rock

We try our faith

To make the mountain shake

We are very fearless

Things are going well

In the middle of this

We hear a ringing bell

On the top of mountain

We were not alarmed

A cloudy day come

And heavy rain poured

All turn into darkness

Our hope diminished

Feeling very lonely

We felt like abandoned

All our strength gone

We learned that we’re nothing

With some drops of rain

We start trembling

Our tooth were gnawing

Because it was frosty

We cried for a help

To the God almighty

We were in deep sorrow

Surrounded by fear

No help available

In the place we were

Waiting for help to come

Our eyes turn to the sky

Losing all our hopes

Seconds away to die

Help come from nowhere

We escaped from death

We were surprised

And stand again to praise

We rose from the valley

And walk back to the hills

To sing again for God

To write a memory verse

That nobody will erase

This is a human life

Sorrow and happiness

One day full of laughter

Next day tearful face

That’s the way of life

In the world we live in

We have to admit it
