You've come to this dynamic online community and I look forward to hearing about your passions and dreams.

Please take a moment to post a photo of yourself or an image that best represents you. You can share your thoughts, findings, and concerns by posting to your journal, reading other member's journals, offering comments, and joining groups to join in discussions. Look through our group directory ( where you may find a group with similar interests. Both of these groups do work in Uganda and might interest you.

The Trivani Foundation could be someone you could partner with.

The widow’s project Trivani Foundation has issued several micro-credit loans, completed a women’s refuge, leased 50 acres of land for a commercial farm, and organized and paid for vocational training for 50 women.

Again, welcome and let me know if there is anything I can do to help you steer your way around Pulsewire.

    Hi Nakandi,

It is wonderful to have such an enthusiastic teacher here as a new member on PulseWire. I would love to hear more about your work as a teacher and your thoughts of innovative teaching. You've already started your journal entry, and in order to continue your thought - you can go back to the journal ( and click on the "Edit" tab that appears above the title of your journal. This will allow you to go back and add to your journal on Innovative Teaching.

There are some members on PulseWire that you may consider connecting with due to their passion for teaching and work with organizations at the forefront of education.
