About Me: I am a sixty-three year old ethnobotanist volunteering at the National Tropical Botanical Garden on Kauai. In the past I have done interpretation, leading hikes to show people plants and how to use them. My commitment is to the 13 Grandmothers and their mission, as well as the one-mindedness of all people. I believe NOW is the time for women to have their voices heard. I am also a freelance environmental journalist. I give thanks daily.

Your journey sounds like a beautiful one!! I think that plant's and herb's medicinal properties is very interesting.

What does your vision of one-mindedness look like? I thought that was an interesting vision for the future and was curious....

I look forward to reading more about you, your work and your journey. It would be amazing if you posted some of the plants that you work with and what they are used for as remedies!

I will definitely check out your website of 13 Grandmothers- I think that that concept is beautiful!

In peace and love,

Hello from World Pulse, See.

I act as a volunteer World Pulse welcomer for new WP members and listener for other journal entries. This is some of the most exciting and rewarding work I've ever done. Through this effort, I have become a world volunteer.

I am wondering whether you have found any World Pulse efforts that really stir you to action. Our searchable site has so many examples of females empowering each other through education and encouragement, that there is bound to be inspiration for all.

We'd love to hear from you again.
