About Me:
After 20 years of being in \"control\" of my life, I decided that it was time for a change. I prayed to the All Powerful Universe to allow me to be a part of a community that does what is best for all. That request was made in the summer of 2004 and
WOW! did I ever get my prayer answered. On that life changing day, I made a commitment to follow whatever the Universe wanted me to do and by surrendering, many things more amazing than I could dream of, have happened. The list of incredible connections that have been made as I step forward onto the path presented, are perfectly and appropriately timed with exactly what is needed for expansion. Currently, I am very blessed to be co-founder and director of Hope for Children of Africa, a non-profit that works in partnership with villages of Africa that create empowering and educational opportunities for their children. The Education Project, Liberia is our current focus, supporting literacy education in the district of Jorquellen, Bong County,(an agricultural community) with custom teacher training workshops, high school scholarships, Libraries and the rebuilding 15 schools destroyed in the devastating 14 year civil war. After 4 weeks of experiencing village life in Bong County, Liberia, and getting involved in their request for educational support, I can honestly say that I now am part of a community that does what is best for all and life feels abundantly magnificent to me.
