i Naseem Belongs from poor   family where girls  are not having opportunity to take education  but with help of my mothers i completed  my education & after completing my education  join  Swayam Shikshan Prayog who believes on women power  since from 30 September 1993   after massive Latur earthquake in Maharashtra where women loss their family members ,basic amenities &  their livelihoods . Women are seen as victims & beneficiaries not having access to resources & not involved in decision making spaces .we understand women  strength & power  organized  women to  take active roles in  economic & social  empowerment & provide opportunities to take   public &  political roles for active  implementation of rehabilitation policy as an important  stakeholder of community & nation

this is my .pleasure  to share that completed 25 years in this work & reached out 500, 000   women & organized them to lead change  as an agents of change
