Introducing myself and my journal: Natasha

About Me:
Hello there
Im a 44 year old Australian.
I am the proud mother of a beautiful 5 year old boy.
I have owned a fashion business for 10 years.
My design and production facility is set up in Bali Indonesia where I live permanently now.
I employ approx 15 women full time in my business,, as well as up to 20 more who work from their homes as they either have small children and no family support or are not in good health enough to work full time.
We are a women only team.
I provide a happy and safe working environment for all those I employ...my staff are all payed above the very basic salary here and I provide an interest free loan facility to all the women when and if they need extra income.
I donate all excess fabrics from production to a doll making facility and the dolls then sell and all monies raised go to support a movement to prevent Indonesian children living and begging on the streets here in Bali. Which is sadly on the increase.
I receive and love the Womens Pulse newsletters,and I would love to support this organisation in any way I can here in Indonesia.
I am passionate about women ,their stories, their struggles and ultimately their freedom and happiness.
